Design Services
The design service offered by Infinite Design will depend on the individual requirements of each Client, and will be fully discussed at the initial meeting. Varying according to the scale and nature of the project, the service may include some or all of the following:
Infinite Design works closely with a team of other experts in technical, building and architectural services, quantity surveyors, lighting design, structural engineering, building and planning law, etc.
The design service offered by Infinite Design will depend on the individual requirements of each Client, and will be fully discussed at the initial meeting. Varying according to the scale and nature of the project, the service may include some or all of the following:
- Production of full survey including plans, sections and elevations
- Research, analysis and preparation of design Brief
- Spatial planning, including changes to internal layouts, application for local authority planning consents
- Structural alterations, with the advice of architectural consultant/ structural engineer
- Budget estimates, in conjunction with quantity surveyor
- Creative design proposals, which can be communicated through 2-D CAD or hand-drawn visuals, product and sample boards, 3-D CAD visualisations or hand-made scale models
- Lighting and electrical layouts, kitchen and bathroom planning, furniture layouts,
- Decoration and colour schemes, floor and wall coverings, window treatments,etc.
- Project management and contract administration, including preparation of specifications/schedules of work for contractors' costings, detailed working drawings and preparation of tender documents.
